Cotton Council International has signed a licensing agreement with Borgo Tessile, a brand of the Getam SpA group, which has picked the Cotton USA brand for some lines of its own collections of household linens.
“We wanted to position ourselves near household linen consumers with a brand that inspired trust and quality. This is why Cotton USA seemed like the ideal partner to us for our chain,” explained Alessandro Silvani, Borgo Tessile’s development manager.
“The new partnership with Borgo Tessile is a great value for our brand,” added Stephanie Thiers-Ratcliffe, international marketing manager of CCI. The Italian market is increasingly strategic for our business and we are enthusiastic about how Italian textile manufacturers, which have always paid attention to quality, recognise the contribution of Cotton USA.”
