Alfred Watzl Retires
2008.04.14
In his nearly forty-year career at Fleissner, Alfred Watzl has decisively influenced development of systems for the production of nonwovens. Under his responsibility as sales and marketing expert, a number of machines were realised, including the Fleissner AquaJet system, components for heavy-duty use for the production of artificial fibres, built and sold all around the world. Watzl has contributed to consistent improvement of equipment to meet the demands of the market. His commitment, combined with a number of innovations and developments has allowed Fleissner to win a position as the leading supplier in various areas of the textile machinery industry.
Fleissner wants to thank Alfred Watzl for the many creative drives he has offered over the long period he worked at the company, and wishes him all the best for the future.
On January 1st 2008, Rüdiger Weinhardt assumed responsibility for all sales and marketing activities as sales manager.
