The machine allows:
8 squeezing under bath “sponge effect” to guarantee the penetration of caustic soda in fabric fibres obtaining a good mercerization effect, saving dyestuffs.

Machines can be easily used and are equipped with following devices:
automatic control of be’ concentration
absolute guarantee that be’ concentration is kept constant in the impregnation tank during mercerization process.

Absolute guarantee of bath uniformity in the tank, thanks to recycling pump which make bath circulate through the self cleaning filter and refrigerating unit having adequate capacity to keep constant the temperature in the bath during process.
Production speed up to 40 mt/min.
