Cubotex was created in 1984 from an idea of Mr P. Bolzoni and Mr. M. Cutrone, concerning the realization of a new patented machine for the dyeing of pantyhose.
The first Cubotex customer was Golden Lady (that still today continues this business relation having at present more than 150 dyeing machines).
Other main Customers since 25 years are the most important italian and world wide groups in the field of pantyhose (Sara Lee Group, Pompea, Filodoro, Calzificio San Pellegrino, etc) and this prestigious reference list, as well as the great experience acquired in the production of so many machines, made this factory become known as worl leader in pantyhose dyeing machines.
The production line, after a couple of years from the foundation of the company, started to enlarge including even different types of dyeing machines.
The first step, during early 80’s was the realization of cabinet machineries for hank dyeing and today, one of the biggest plants in the world for the production of mercerized cotton (located in Italy) is 100% made of Cubotex machines.
Another line is represented by machines for the dyeing of yarn in bobbins (suitable also for tops, beams, bumps, etc.) both with vertical and horizontal axis. Even in this case, Cubotex is providing models with the highest performances and with the most recent instruments and the installations of such machines in India (biggest reference market today) is constantly increasing.
For the dyeing of finished garments in any kind of fibre (even polyester), Cubotex propose the PMT series, a drum centrifuging and dyeing machine produced both in atmospheric or pressure version.
The production range of the company is completed by a complete series of steaming machines under vacuum for the treatment of yarns, pantyhose and garments.
Every type of machine here above exposed is produced from laboratory capacity up to any production capacity, keeping in mind that all the machines are 100% customized by the technical office of the Company.
