Sampling and small-scale production: strategic sector for textile companies

Finishing

Choose the right system
Tecnorama’s earliest experience in the sphere of laboratory equipment was in 1996 when it introduced DOS&DYE, a modern and complete automation system. Now the company is also able to offer equally valid solutions for the automation of small-scale production, both of yarn and of woven or knitted goods. As in the case of the laboratory equipment, these, too, are systems that combine and integrate automatic dispensing machines for dyestuffs, auxiliaries and chemical products (various Dosorama models) and one or more automatic and robotised dyeing machines (Dyrama 4/R-2000/6000 for yarn packages and Dyrama 4/R-Jetflow for woven or knitted goods).
For this reason, these machines are also classified as part of the DOS&DYE system.
The patented dyeing machine Dyrama 4/R-2000/6000 was developed for the fully automatic dyeing of yarn packages, tops, staple, etc.
Dyrama 4/R-2000/6000 is made up of 4 dyeing units (of the vertical autoclave type).
Each autoclave can process between one and four packages, up to a maximum of 6 kg of material. The liquor ratio ranges from 1:5 to 1:20.
In the machine there is a 36-position store for the special baskets containing the material to be processed and the material already processed. A robotised handling system looks after the transfer of these baskets from the dyeing machine to the store and vice versa, making it possible to carry out 36 dyeing operations in an automatic sequence, without any manual intervention.
All the machine functions are automatic: autoclave opening and closing, material loading and unloading, addition of products and dyestuffs, addition of water, liquor discharging, steam heating up to 140 °C, water cooling, internal and external circulation of the liquor, liquor flow control and automatic adjustment of the circulation pump speed (flow-meter), a ΔP input/output control of the circulation pump and gradual dispensing of alkalis or acids.
The Dyrama 4/R-Jetflow, which is also patented, was developed for the fully automatic dyeing of woven and knitted goods etc. It is made up of four dyeing units (the pressurised autoclave type) and it comes in three models of different capacity, ranging from 2 to 25 kg of woven and knitted goods.
The liquor ratio, in this case, ranges from 1:8 to 1:30.
In the machine there is a 16-position store for the special baskets containing the material to be processed and the material already processed. A robotised handling system looks after the transfer of these baskets from the dyeing machine to the store and vice versa, making it possible to carry out 16 dyeing operations in an automatic sequence, without any manual intervention. All the machine functions are automatic in this model, too: autoclave opening and closing, material loading and unloading, addition of products and dyestuffs, addition of water, liquor discharging, steam heating up to 140 °C, water cooling, liquor circulation, material handling, gradual dispensing of alkalis or acids, liquor flow control and automatic adjustment of the circulation pump speed.
With these machines Tecnorama has once again endeavoured to offer sector operators a solution that meets their particular needs.
The DOS&DYE-2000/6000 and the DOS&DYE Jetflow, being fully automatic and autonomous systems, can be run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including non-working days, thereby resolving brilliantly absolutely any productivity problem in the small-scale production and sampling sector.
