Automation
At the end of each dyestuff dissolving and transfer cycle, each beaker is removed to be washed, dried and replaced in the dry storage unit, ready for the next operation.
Each mini-dissolver, designed on the same principle as the proven Lawer DBS industrial dissolver, but with all its components miniaturized, it can rapidly and efficiency dispense the dye solution to suit the specified time parameters, temperature and quantity of water. Therefore, the dissolvers automatically produce titrated dye solutions, manufacturing recipes or additions.
The titrated solutions can be transferred directly from the bottles to the TD-LAB metering pump for the next stage in the production process for laboratory recipes (in beakers) or the dye sample equipment, applying the compressed air ejector dispensing system.
The TD-Matic can also be used for the production of small recipes and/or additional recipes that may be destined for the Lawer Dyematic industrial colour kitchen and, from there, transferred to dyeing equipment by single tube distribution lines.
In short, the new TD-Matic system is an efficient and reliable response to broad-ranging user needs for this particular dyeing sector.
